​The Rooftop

Visited the rooftop recently with a few girlfriends and it was spectacular! They had just launched a new menu and everything was super delicious and gourmet. Great wine and the view of the city is amazing! They also had lots of gluten free options which is a plus. Highly recommend this spot for date night or getting together with friends.

Dining at the Civic was an overall pleasant experience. Our fried chicken sandwich came out nice and crispy. The sourdough grilled cheese was filled with curds, which made for a nice contrast. Our server was also attentive and friendly.

My friend and I had a great time, I enjoyed the furniture on the rooftop and the view was perfect. The whole place had a carefree and easygoing vibe to enjoy a few drinks to.

Giving it a five star, because why not - service food drinks very adequate :) But please....update the patio furniture!!! And the patio floor. Also, the views are of Toronto. So you get mostly semi built not so great looking condos. If you enjoy those views, then they’re great. #standards 🤦🏼‍♀️

Great view! Good food and great ambiance. Had to wait a bit for a table but the bartender was good while we waited.

Lovely atmosphere, service was a little slow considering we made a reservation days in advance for a large party. Cocktails were great, but portion sizes don't relatively match the price point. I would go back - but only for drinks. Food was good but I can't value the price for what you get.

The best rooftop of the city! Such an awesome place with an incredible view of the city and the lake. The vibe of the place is great. It made me feel as if I was living in the future, or in another planet. I just loved hanging out there, just looking at the city with my drink on my lap. Lovely place

Had dinner at rooftop patio recently. The vibe, service, crowd, view and music was awesome! The food in my opinion was okay - my salad looked like something I could have made at home and even better; however, their avocado fries were amazing and unique! View varies from which side of the outdoor patio you are sitting at - one side you get an amazing view of the CN tower and the skyline, and the other side its more of queen st, stores and the parking lot. The food menu here is small, but our server told us that they change their menu every few months, which is why I believe its short and their options focus more on quality. Overall great place to hang out, eat, drink and chill - especially when the weather is nice to be outside.
